The provided database was intuitive to use, offering valuable information about local attractions. I appreciated the amenities that added convenience, making my visit enjoyable.
I did notice some areas needing attention, such as the plaster coming off in the bathroom by the window. while I enjoyed the sea view, the room felt smaller than advertised, and the white plastic toilet seat gave a slightly cheap impression.

It was pleasant and clean hotel, exactly as described, with efficient staff and incredible location on seafront in Weston-super-Mare. Location: the venue was right by the sea and a beach and the Rock Salt restaurant. Stayed in this property for 2 nights and enjoyed our choice.

I got incredible breakfast with poached egg and tea or coffee, as for instance. The staff were efficient in the whole hotel.

Good location, breakfast handmade and served by the waitress.
Extractor hood of the kitchen directly in front of our window from 7 o'clock in the morning quite noisy

The staff, in particular the receptionist (Jackie) were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was pleasant and clean with all amenities easy to use. We would stay again.
It could probably do with a face lift, but this did not affect it's cleanliness at all.

We were very happy with this hotel. The room we stayed in was large with a good view of the beach and sea. Large comfortable bed, room was clean, well equipped. Lovely location on a quiet lane with the beach opposite. Bathroom adequate. Staff were excellent and meals in restaurant were very good value (2 meals for the price of one at the time of our visit). We look forward to visiting again.

South sands is a gem! The breakfasts are amazing, especially the smoked haddock and poached eggs. The evening meals were good vfm and well presented. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were attentive.
